Meetings usually take place at 7.15pm on the first Thursday in January, March, May, July, September and November.
There will be a public session near the start of the meeting. This is an opportunity for members of the public to speak to councillors informally about items on the agenda. Members of the public may stay and observe the rest of the meeting but are not allowed to address the Council.
